Every construction project In real estate is built using a critical path of trades that need to be on the site; until one has finished, another cannot start and you’re going to use this same concept to build content to educate your prospects and investors.

You’re going to be doing this two different ways; one for investors who have already decided to invest in real estate, and the other is the ‘pain point’ perspective for investors who have yet to decide on real estate as an investment option.

Language Strip Down

What’s fabulous about the language strip down method of creating content is that you will be using content you have already been working on for years and in which you have tremendous familiarity [Read: Easy to do] to create short educational pieces for prospects and investors.

You are going to take a fresh look at what you already have so you can create pertinent, laser focused content directly relevant to, and consistent with your own value proposition by using your existing:

  • PPM – private placement memorandum
  • Offering documents
  • Pitch decks

These detailed documents are the foundation upon which your content can be built because they represent the core of your investment philosophy.
